Higher Ground TV is a Christian comedy written by Pastor C. Ernie Stevens of Brighter Way Ministries in Newark, Delaware. Episodes of this comedy series were premiered on Comcast TV 28 in Wilmington, Delaware and subsequently shown on WMCN TV in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in coordination with New Life Ministries. Episodes were filmed with The Web Elves as Director of Photogray and performing all post production editing.
